He’s also trying to raise enough cash to get one of his cobloggers to his wedding, which is at least a switch from the standard “I need a laptop” craze. For that matter, Gary Farber could probably still use a shout-out or two, too – although he’d probably be happier to get a line on a Denver job. Or you could toss some cash to some other worthy cause – indeed, you can even use the comments section to highlight your favorites.
Or not. We ain’t in this for the cash. Adoration of millions and the creation of a army of minions that will sweep us to power, yes – but not the cash.
