…while I agree with Gary that this is pretty funny, for some reason I want to see the blogging equivalent. Surely we can come up with twenty-six universal blogging shorthands, yes?

You may be entirely correct, but I’m a words guy, not a graphics guy. What’s the signal for “passing out now; unable to respond further”?
How about “Conan O’Brien is goddam annoying”?
I’m quite sure I could use 26, or more, flags and graphics and gifs; I will remain helplessly dependent upon those who are graphics oriented to deliver them.
How about:
My child is sick and requires cuddling. I cannot respond to your ridiculous argument at this time.
While unable to provide suitable graphics I certainly have suggestions for blogging situation which require some kind of identification:
Blogging while loaded
Stolen from Instapundit (Drudge, Kos, etc)
No sense of humor
Sick sense of humor
Full of myself
and the ever-popular
Bird Dog sucks!
