    A man who has been practicing fraud and corruption for so long is incapable of recognizing his own short-comings. Probably regards them as gifts from his god.

  7. usually, yes, but there really is no way to tell how (of if) someone’s personality is going to change as they start to get a touch of dementia.
    Not sure if that counts as an “epiphany”.
