On a lighter note…

Via Instapundit: There’s a wonderful competition at Fark: best photoshopped version of Mars pictures. Predictably, there are lots of variants on the “there’s someone else in the picture” theme; my favorite is this:

I also like this:

But in the end, I agree with Instapundit: this one takes the cake:

Terry Schiavo will finally get to die.
Too many bloggers at Dean’s World and RedState appear honestly to believe that the left / all liberals / all journalists want the US to lose in Iraq. But i’m thrilled that they caught the sonofabitch who bombed the UN.
some of the debate at left2right on the relationship between taxation and natural law is interesting. but anarchists are weird.
War, terror and reconstruction funding requests now exceed $300 billion.
On the anniversary of Roe v. Wade, i have yet to hear a logically consistent argument from pro-lifers that isn’t riddled with inconsistencies, isn’t terribly cruel to young poor women, and won’t end up with NARAL running buses into New York and California in what would likely be seen as a terrible parody of the Freedom Riders.
My new cookbooks from Williams Sonoma, coupled with Rice’s and Gonzalez’s testimony about torture, make me want to move back to France, take cooking classes and never read another newspaper or blog ever again.
    cheers.
