Thanks for paying attention to Haiti. The fact that the US re-installed Aristide, thinking he was one of the good guys, ought to be food for thought for policy makers in Iraq.
Hindsight is 20-20, but the CIA said Aristide was a thug during the early 1990s. I wish to hell Clinton had listened to them instead of letting Maxine Waters write Haiti policy.
