  1. Okay, okay, …
Look, there are rumors of unrest in Kimland and Simberg. NEITHER of whose rulers have acknowledged the Revolution, nor sent any revolutionary traffic …
Perhaps the long-restive “Tacs” in one of those areas will be driven into revolt.
As for counter-revolutionary “Quick,” he claimed to be bolshoi blogger, invented word “blogosphere.” Let us say that visitors from Quickey have been underwhelming.
Tacitus may contact Commissar on his return, if amenable to promoting revolution from a potential northern area.

Listen, comrades: The violin is by the wall. Repeat: The violin is by the wall. The dog has three legs and one small, brown spot. Repeat: The dog has three legs. The short man with the derby hat is eating a green apple. Repeat: the apple is green.
    (Excellent.)

  3. i’ve linked you! now all the fellows down at the Whiskey and Yorkshire clu will know about Obsidian Wings. three huzzahs and a tally-ho!

  4. I’ve linked to you, though it won’t show up until I make a new post (if I hit the republish button, Blogger republishes my entire site, which is bad because I like keeping my archive pages in their old templates). But rest assured your URL is saved in my Blogger account, awaiting some burst of posting inspiration to spring forth onto my actual publicly-viewable page.

  5. I may well have been the first person to link to you, you know. I hope you remember me and my two readers when you all are rich and famous, is all I am saying.

  6. Blog Reviews – Flippery Fish

I’ve been looking through the listings of blogs in the 2003 Weblog Awards and visiting those I’ve not been to before. My impressions on The Flippery Fish are as follows: Obsidian Wings – political and cultural commentary,

  7. OK, y’all are linked.
My blogroll is not reciprocal. It’s at least as much for personal use as it is for the benefit of any visitors. (Judging from the lack of comments, this means my blogroll is entirely for my personal benefit.) That said, what this means is that I actually check ‘Wings regularly, especially now that you’ve got Seb on board.

  8. Linked. The last site I started reading regularly based on Brad DeLong’s recommendation was Fafblog, which needless to say inclines me to trust him implicitly. I look forward to stopping by all regular-like.

  9. Now this is an icon for Nanowrimo. A pity A) I don’t own it and B) it has nothing to do with Nanowrimo

From Obsidian Wings. Moe Lane is deranged. But in a good way. He’s a long time fan writer in In Nomine, which is my own RPG drug of choice, but he’s also totally bent. I mean, totally, totally bent. He…

  10. Eric, I swear, you’ll be seeing some content from me soon. I’ve been working on a Poughkeepsie writeup for the last few days, and it’s finally jelling.
    You hear? Poughkeepsie.

  11. I linked to your site a while ago… I just didn’t see this post before.
You’ve quickly leapt up my list of must reads; other than Drum’s Political Animal, you’re my first stop for all civic thought and discussion.

  12. I was blogging about whiners and found your kitten mascot. It rocks! Linked to you on my blog at http://erna.typepad.com.
Finally, people who try to look at more sides of the story than in the extreme of one direction. Keep up the commentary, guys.

  13. WIRELESS TOYZ

Customers want to shop the leader – a store that has a proven record with thousands of customers across the nation. Wireless Toyz represents almost every …

  14. Hello? Hello? Heeeeeellllloooooo in there? Anyone home? Oh. Hi y’all. What? Has no one linked to you since 2005? I linked to you probably the same day I set up my blog, all of ummmm 6 months or so? I dunno. A link back would be nice. I’m like a Marauding Marsupial or some such on TTLB but a link would definitely benefit me more than you, so if you want, if you like… Take it easy, love ya blog.

  15. Major Olmsted’s passing brought me here – and he and the rest of you have a link on my blogroll, for what it’s worth, and a place in the back of my mind as a good stop for a reality check.

  16. Linked. Many thanks for much work. I did get just a bit of a chill reading your tag, having just today, for reasons to complicated to bother with, heard the the last radio broadcast by Salvador Allende, complete with audible bombers in the background before…you got it…Pinochet et al. seized the radio station.

  17. Nice to see where I might have gone had I continued to study philosophy, and eschew dreams of becoming a rock star. I have to go…someone just name dropped Ann Coulter.

  18. where are the contact details if i would like an article posted here to test the great minds of the obsidianwings?

  19. Wanted to let y’all know I linked to two of your posts, Hillary Clinton and Rwanda, & Crossing the Threshold II, at a local (for me) politics blog. Thanks, and I’ve really enjoyed your site the short time i’ve been visiting it.

  20. Hey guys. I wanted to first say that Matt Bastard who has recently become a guest poster at our blog first turned me on to you, and I find myself coming back here more and more. It is nice to see a voice that continues to support Obama in a manner that is sane and reasoned and doesn’t dip into hysterics as I have to struggle not to do from time to time.
I’m writing this because I plan on featuring you guys in my friday blogroll round up where I feature work from members of our blogroll, but it turns out we’re not on each others’ rolls.
I was hoping we could change that and trade links. Thank you very much.
    K
